What are your delivery times?
Our store is committed to shipping ordered items within 48 hours after order confirmation (no orders are processed on Saturdays and Sundays).
A shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, will be sent to you when your order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send an email for cancellation or modification to lunaxir25@gmail.com
After this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged.
Contact us at lunaxir25@gmail.com, and our team will get back to you to either replace the defective item or offer you a refund.
I am not satisfied with my item and wish to return it?
No worries! You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt. Contact us at lunaxir25@gmail.com, and our team will get back to you with the return procedures.
